Primer Painting

A fully automated Gietart shotblasting line is also at the centre of our sister company processing facility in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. This line will apply both water and solvent based paints and can even process plates up to 2600mm wide. It also has a unique ability to shotblast and lightly oil material with the same water based wax solution used by tube mills. Rusty hollow sections or salt water damaged material can therefore be cleaned and re-protected by the oil /water based wax solution. This solution is particularly good at protecting larger hollow section sizes.
